About The Green Team
Work Inc is working to become the provider of choice for sustainable design and building management services. To help it achieve this the company has its own cross-company internal ‘Green Team'. Led by CEO Craig Eastwood who is also ‘Director responsible for sustainability', the team is made up from people across the business and meets on a quarterly basis. The teams main focus is to champion ‘going green' throughout the business and to continue to assist its clients in achieving their sustainable business objectives.The Green Team mission
"The Green Team will help drive, guide and champion environmentally-friendly and sustainable business practice throughout the company and to its clients.
The team will work together to help Work Inc become the provider of choice for green design and building management services. This will be achieved through the exchange of ideas, leading the way and making it fun for all their colleagues.
The Green Team will:

- Be green without being holier than thou
- Take small green steps to make a big green change
- Help do their bit for this green and pleasant land"

- Communicate the benefits of sustainable building design and management to its' clients
- Create and manage environmentally-friendly initiatives as part of the customer experience
- Monitor, measure and encourage sustainable practice amongst Work Inc colleagues
- Continuously review our sustainable product and services portfolio for clients
- Support the Work Inc Environmental Management System and its aims
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand how Work Inc can help support their sustainable business goals through its' offering
