Over half a million tonnes of office furniture is sent to landfill every year
Reuse and recycle office furniture with Work Services
Work Services takes into consideration the environmental impact throughout the entire life-cycle of products - from materials to extraction to end-of-use strategies.
These are some of the services Work Services provide for their clients in order to support environmental, social and economic practice through office furniture design, re-use and recycle.

Eco-design
Work Inc is committed to supplying products that are designed with the environment in mind; ones that can be re-used, recovered, reupholstered, reconditioned and refurbished. And one's that last. Many of the furniture products they supply are also designed to be fully recyclable - usually exceeding 98%.

Reconfiguration
Work Services can reconfigure furniture where necessary to adapt into new spaces, or changing work environments.
Recycle
Work Services is seeing an ever-increasing demand from clients who are looking for ways to lessen the environmental impact of furniture they no longer use. They help their customers connect with an environmentally responsible method of managing their product at the end of its intended use.
Work Services provide their clients with a variety of alternatives to sending furniture to landfills. They currently work with a recycling partner who is one of the largest independent waste management facilities in Europe, processing over 500,000 tonnes of waste a year, and has the capability to recycle 80% of commercial waste including wood, brick, metal, cardboard and plastic.
