Case study
Marketing Agency
What we found
This client is an award winning global insight marketing company who differentiate through culture, values and the way they work. They offer a wide range of profit-making services to a portfolio of clients from major organisations which include retail, telecoms and financial services.
What we did
Within a two-week turn-around, Work Interiors had been awarded the fit-out of their new office space on the basis of their outstanding concept design schemes.
Work Interiors worked hand-in-hand with the client throughout this project advising and consulting against their objectives and guiding them through what, at first, seemed a daunting task for the client.
Making it work
The design and layout of the meeting rooms was important. The design team gave them the ‘extra kick’ the client desired using features such as angled walls and helping them further rationalise the function of their office by carefully planning their space in terms of room usage and location to relevant teams. Part of the brief from the CEO was to make sure the boardroom had a view of the airport runways. Work Interiors made sure her dream came true!
All new soft seating and reception area furniture was hand-picked collaboratively. Working together like this helped everyone keep on track with goals of vision and budget.
The finishing touches came through strongly with visual representation of the manifestation designs. These helped reflect the real essence of the company's culture and bring the office to life! The team developed pictorial style images for rooms such as the ‘play’ room (which doubles up as a training/yoga room) and for room names such as ‘Peanut’, ‘Banta’ and ‘Brave’.
The end result was very emotional. There were tears, smiles and joy from everyone at their official opening.
“Thank you for achieving a perfect place for us to work. It is beyond our expectations and even more”.
