Work Facilities proud to be part of award winning Genie Alliance
Work Facilities client HBOS Group Property and their Managing Agent Atkins, are celebrating after winning the “Partners in Facilities Management” Award at the 2007 PFM annual awards. The annual PFM Awards celebrate the best organisations in facilities management (FM).
Launched in July 2006, Genie is an alliance of 40 organisations committed to the effective delivery of services across the whole HBOS estate.
Work Facilities is one of 14 partners delivering FM services to HBOS through this alliance and as such has worked with them to help prepare and present their award-winning entry. Suppliers are contracted directly to HBOS with Atkins Asset Management acting as managing agent. Work Facilities act as Managing Agent to 40+ third tier suppliers who are directly contracted to them.
The team at Work Facilities worked closely with HBOS and Atkins to support them in preparing and presenting the winning entry.
