Simon is passionate about ideas, creativity, performance improvement and the critical role of strategy and culture. He has worked in, and consulted to, a broad spectrum of businesses, from entrepreneurial start-ups to large multi-nationals
He grew up in Sainsbury’s and IBM; saw real life in Vanco; and learned valuable lessons with Hagen & Co and Certainty Group. In 1998 he founded Boxwood Group (member of the Sunday Times FastTrack) where he and his teams generated more than £2bn of business improvements.
Age 50, passionate about Morocco, he lives in Yorkshire and read Sociology at Durham University.
