Called a ‘bean counter' by his children, Gavin would challenge this with his proven track record at strategic board level. After qualifying with Grant Thornton, he spent 10 years in manufacturing, both in the UK and Europe. Gavin is responsible for finance, HR and IT and is dedicated to ensuring these shared services are seen as more than just an overhead! His proudest business achievement is leading a successful £1m cost reduction programme and helping return a number of ailing businesses to profitability.
Age 36, and a Certified Accountant, he is currently completing an MBA.
