Bill cares most about two things; allowing clients to succeed by delivering excellent customer service and helping the Work teams develop and fulfil their potential.
He started his career working internationally with an oil service company, Schlumberger, and has spent time in Venture Capital, performance improvement consultancy and car retailing, before joining Certainty Group and the facilities sector in 2002.
An engineer by degree, he later picked up an MBA from INSEAD.
Bill is 47, lives with his wife and two boys on the banks of the Wharfe in Yorkshire, where he can also indulge in his love of fly-fishing.
