After 10 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer, Richard left in December 2006 to seek new challenges in civilian life. He has thrived in Work Inc and was appointed Regional Director South in April 2008
Richard lives in South London with his wife, young son and pond full of (as yet) unidentified fish
