At Work Inc we are also thinking about the future, about giant leaps, about an integrated range of services we can bring to the market, about the impact that will have on our future business.
But at the same time we are also focusing on the present by getting FIT. This special word means a company-wide programme of change centered on three activities:

We are attracting top talent and we have greater capability to innovate, lead, change and adapt. The FIT programme, is challenging us all; but if you ever think you have the winning formula – you are about to fail – a thing that we never allow to happen. The array of benefits that will result from our FIT programme will make everything worth the effort.
And then there is environmental sustainability. We are driven to grip this opportunity firmly. As designers, creators and managers of corporate workspace we believe we have a duty to our clients and to the planet to do the right thing. Many companies are confused about what they can and should do. It is our intention to bring clarity, sanity and genuine action-based support in volume.
Underpinning FIT and the move to sustainability means change. How we manage that change will determine the level of success we enjoy. Our intention is to ensure that whoever you are – client, prospect, supplier, colleague, future colleague – change is delivered with positive benefits.
