Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Leeds
Work Facilities are looking for a great receptionist to hit the ground running and take ownership of this full-time role for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be providing a front of house service for one of our clients, a well-known corporate based at Thorpe Business Park.
As first point of contact you will be presentable, professional and very customer-focused taking ownership for the following responsibilities:
- meeting and greeting people, including clients, as they enter the building
- operating a busy switchboard and filtering all incoming calls and managing the reception areas
- coordinating the arrival of visitors and arranging meetings, including refreshments
- helping with all associated administration including some ad-hoc project work from different areas of the business

- a background in a highly customer focused environment
- extremely high customer service standards
- experience of supporting people in a variety of roles within a professional environment
- exceptional communication and people skills
- user experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
- commitment, enthusiasm, personality and positivity as part of your everyday DNA
