Job Title: Financial Coordinator
Location: Leeds
Work Interiors are looking for an experienced full time Financial Coordinator to join the Customer Management Team at their amazing offices on the beautiful Harewood Estate.
You won't sit still with this role and will be responsible for:
- effective use of the company's project ledger and CRM systems, including the production of management reports where required
- working closely with the Group's Credit Controller to keep debtor days within the targeted figures
- preparation of invoices using the company's various information systems
- ensuring all invoices are authorised in line with the company's agreed procedures
- maintaining key management documents to produce monthly management updates and forecast figures
- attending financial forecast meetings as appropriate
- effectively dealing with queries from both internal and external sources, including customers, clients and the Group Finance Team
You will need to have:
- a background in a commercial environment providing financial process support
- experience of supporting people in various roles within a professional environment
- great communication skills and be good with people
- user experience of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and, ideally, information systems knowledge
